Hello Jack, For my part I decided to let the whole body on the car for the following reasons : -there is not a lot of corrosion on my MKIV -the restoration would be really longuer. I started it 6 months ago with finding another gearbox, changing the clutch, restoring brakes... and I will start the painting in a few days -I wanted to have the car for this summer. -A lot of work for a car not so expensive... For my part, I will change the color. I would be interested to know your final decision. Raph

Hello Jack,
For my part I decided to let the whole body on the car for the following reasons :
-there is not a lot of corrosion on my MKIV
-the restoration would be really longuer. I started it 6 months ago with finding another gearbox, changing the clutch, restoring brakes... and I will start the painting in a few days
-I wanted to have the car for this summer.
-A lot of work for a car not so expensive...
For my part, I will change the color.
I would be interested to know your final decision.
